Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Vale Staffing places workers with employers around Wichita, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
