Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Fernwood Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Wichita region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
