Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quarry Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
