Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Wren Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tulsa, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
