Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Haven Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
