Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Field Water Authority is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
