Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Kestrel Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
