Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Harbor Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
