Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services supports public agencies in Tucson with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
