Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Birch Arts Center is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
