Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Meridian Health Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 440 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
