Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Ridge Medical is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
