Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
