Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sable Financial Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
