Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Sable Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
