Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ridge Learning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
