Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Toledo serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
