Lumen Bright Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
