Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Fern Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Tampa, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
