Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Orchard Inspection Services is an inspection company in Tampa with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
