Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners is a St. Louis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
