Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Meridian Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in St. Louis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
