Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
