Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Financial and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
