Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Yarrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 366 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
