Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Glen Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Seattle, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
