Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Summit Nest Press and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 583 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
