Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in San Jose with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
