Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in San Diego with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
