Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Nova Union Inspection Services Partners is an inspection company in San Diego with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
