Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Corner Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in San Diego. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
