Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Beacon Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Diego. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
