Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Ashton Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
