Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Granite Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Antonio, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
