Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Mill Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around San Antonio, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
