Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Rivermark Vista Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Antonio area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
