Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Linden Health runs clinics and patient services around San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
