Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Nest Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Sacramento plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
