Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Glen Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 964 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
