What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
