Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lakeside Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
