Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in Rochester caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
