Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Drift Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
