Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Rochester with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
