Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 857 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
