Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Haven Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
