Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Orchard Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Rochester region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
