Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

Bright Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Rochester with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
