Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Birch Foods produces packaged foods at its Rochester plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
