Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Markets and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people based in Reno. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
